App and program help
For login issues, assigned programs, diet documents, video playback, progress tracking, notifications, or coach chat, contact the WOW Fitness team with your registered email address.
Account deletion
Signed-in mobile users can start an account deletion request from Profile > Support and Legal > Request account deletion. The team reviews eligibility, confirms identity when needed, and follows up by email before eligible account data is deleted.
Data export
Signed-in mobile users can request an export of eligible personal information from Profile > Support and Legal > Request data export. The team will confirm the request and share the next steps by email.
Report content or messages
If a message, upload, or app content item looks unsafe, abusive, unrelated, or incorrect, use Profile > Support and Legal > Report content or message. WOW Fitness can review and remove content, disable access, or escalate the issue where appropriate.
