App and developer identity

• This Privacy Policy applies to the WOW Fitness Live mobile app, including the Android app package live.wowfitness.app.
• In Google Play Console, this app record may appear as Puttadibomma; that app record, the WOW Fitness Live app, and the WOW Fitness coaching service are covered by this Privacy Policy.
• The service is operated by WELLNESS OF WOMEN PRIVATE LIMITED under the WOW Fitness brand.

Information we collect

• Account and profile information such as name, email address, phone number, assigned coach, program assignment, and app access status.
• Coaching activity such as assigned workouts, nutrition plans, theory content, progress check-ins, video completion, measurements, and program completion history.
• Messages and attachments shared in coach chat, including text, images, PDFs, and short voice notes.
• App usage information such as screen views, content opened, content completed, message activity, device platform, app version, and coarse location such as city, region, and country when available.
• Push notification tokens and delivery information when notifications are enabled.

How we use information

• To provide coaching programs, assigned content, diet plans, progress tracking, and member-coach communication.
• To let coaches and authorized admins support members, review progress, and respond to messages.
• To improve app reliability, understand engagement, and troubleshoot support issues.
• To send operational notifications, including coaching reminders, chat alerts, and app-related updates.

How information is shared

• Member information is visible to assigned coaches and authorized WOW Fitness administrators for coaching and support.
• We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and transactional operations.
• We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

• We keep account, program, message, and progress records for as long as needed to provide coaching services, comply with operational requirements, and maintain support history.
• Chat attachments and diet documents are stored in controlled storage and served through app or CMS access paths.
• We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and CMS preferences

• The CMS uses essential session and security cookies for login, CSRF protection, and authorized admin access.
• The CMS may store a small preference cookie for harmless UI choices such as list/card view, gallery/list view, and last opened Settings tab.
• We do not use CMS cookies to store member health data, Firebase tokens, password links, email credentials, roster payloads, or marketing analytics in this release.

Your choices

• You can request corrections or account support through WOW Fitness.
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
• You can request deletion or export of eligible personal information from the mobile app under Profile > Support and Legal, or by contacting us.
